Twice a day, brush for at least two minutes and make sure to clean all sides of every tooth. The best method to brush your teeth is at roughly a 45-degree angle to the gums, as it can clean teeth most effectively without putting your mouth in damage of potential abrasion. However, when brushing the fronts of your teeth, turn the brush vertical.

In addition to brushing your teeth properly, always make sure you’re eating a well-balanced diet, so you can avoid potential disasters that can arise. This includes avoiding sugars and chewy products that stick on your teeth long periods of time after the meals have ended.
